and your color me bad comment made me snicker. i could do a LOT of blog posts on the censorship of music that my parents did. christ. let's just say more than one episode involved the entire damn family sitting at the kitchen table listening to van halen's RUNNING WITH THE DEVIL while my dad grilled us at the "meaning" of the song. i could go on and on, but i'll spare you.
